These words underlie my artwork. My brain is constantly observing connections between disparate events that seem unrelated. My mind draws parallels between words and symbols or between images and ideas, bringing them together with significance.

Subject matter can encompass psychology, dreams, archetypes, patterns in nature, and quantum physics.  I have worked with these ideas in both abstract and representational forms and in various painting media.

I am currently working with encaustic (pigmented hot wax). This medium is both ancient and modern. It has great expressive qualities and has reenergized my work.
